Duration: September 2019 - February 2021
Target user / group: Start-ups, Small online businesses, Storage users, Logistics users, Household users and Office users
Team size: 4 people. 1 project manager, 1 designer(myself) and 2 developers.

As the only designer on this project, I worked closely with stakeholders in the company. I did intensive research on the various target users of all Spaceship services which would in turn better structure information and content for ease of understanding. User experience and visual design are part of my key considerations when designing iterations of the website to achieve its final mockup and live website.

Website Before
- Lack of a proper homepage showcasing all of Spaceship's services
- Website solely focused on storage services, neglecting other offerings
- Identified poor user experience due to this limitation
- Made improving homepage and service visibility a priority upon joining the team

Website After
- Created a new homepage to showcase all of Spaceship's services
- Designed the webpage to be clean yet quirky, reflecting the brand's personality
- Developed vector illustrations to clearly communicate company services
- Enhanced website navigation with clearly defined categories for easy service discovery
- Presented service information in an easy-to-read format, preventing information overload for users

Door-to-door storage questionnaire:
- When you select ‘check our prices’ you get directed to a questionnaire that will help you find storage space catered to your exact needs.

Co-warehousing (Spacelabs):
- A co-working space for businesses. Finding information about different work spaces to choose from, location information with a gallery of the work environment.
